As the only law school in the state of Wisconsin, Marquette University’s Eckstein Hall Law School is, in itself, a unique part of this historic college as well as the entire state. This 205,000 square foot includes two model courtrooms, 11 classrooms, 85 faculty and staff offices, conference center, café and a unique library “without borders” which integrates into all four floors of the building. The project, designed by The Opus Group and Shepley Bulfinch, received LEED Silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, was honored as one of 30 outstanding Wisconsin projects by the Milwaukee Daily Reporter and named as “Project of the Year” in The Business Journal’s 2011 Real Estate Awards.

We had a great opportunity on this project to show the diversity and accuracy of our commitment to quality as we provided the intricate ACM detail on the building’s exterior.
