Completion date:  3/22/18  – The 1144 15th Street tower is a new “signature building” for the city of Denver.  One of the tallest buildings constructed in the city in the last 30 years, it stands out prominently.  The building is designed to the highest environmental standards (LEED), with a striking modern aesthetic that redefines the Denver skyline.  John W. McDougall Co. fabricated and installed the level 2 entrance metal panel canopy, which wraps the entire building at street level, the steel truss framing, vertical canopy at the entrance, level 14 column covers, parapet coping and soffits, level 40 balcony soffits and facia, aluminum structural framing and level 42 perforated panels – using Reynobond ACM & NC panels in Anodic clear color, and Fabral corrugated aluminum panels.
