Located between Nashville’s vibrant Midtown and rapidly growing West Side, 5 City Blvd is a cutting-edge commercial development designed to provide tenants with an innovative, forward-thinking environment. This impressive 15-story structure stands 239 feet tall, with a total of 360,000 square feet that includes 280,000 square feet of rentable office space and 17,000 square feet of retail space. Our team has proudly contributed to this landmark project through the fabrication and installation of high-quality materials, including Fabral Hefti Rib Wall Panels, JWM Custom Perforated Screen Wall Panels, and Construction Specialties’ Trellis System and Louvers. This work features a corrugated screen wall covering approximately 6,800 square feet, a custom perforated screen wall spanning around 16,000 square feet, a trellis system of about 3,000 square feet, louvers covering 1,100 square feet, and an extensive 21,200-square-foot installation of ACM panels with our JWM 600 Series panels. Each component was crafted to enhance Convexity’s sleek, modern design while providing functionality and durability, making 5 City Blvd a uniquely connected and accessible hub in Nashville.
