The Moore Building, located at 827 19th Ave S in Nashville, TN, was completed in 2022 with our team handling both fabrication and installation. This project featured 20,000 square feet of rainscreen ACM and 50,000 square feet of Bonnell extruded aluminum sunshades, which were crucial in fully wrapping the parking garage substructure. The extruded aluminum sunshades and rainscreen ACM panels added both aesthetic appeal and functionality to the building’s modern design. We completed two contracts for this project: a turnkey contract with Hoar for the complete scope of work and a material-only contract with JAMCo for the ACM required for their curtain wall system.
Named after legendary guitarist Scotty Moore, the Moore Building reflects Nashville’s rich musical heritage with its 1970s-inspired interior design, featuring subtle music references and refined wood elements. The building includes an 11,000-square-foot amenity deck on the 8th floor with views of Midtown and Vanderbilt University, offering expansive outdoor space. The ground floor features activated retail space and a porte-cochere environment. Located just steps from Division Street, Music Row, and Vanderbilt University, the Moore Building offers tenants a prime location in Nashville’s walkable Midtown neighborhood, with easy access to surrounding areas like The Gulch, West End, and Downtown Nashville.
