If Only Buildings Could Talk.

Architectural Metal Systems for Complex Commercial Projects.

Design Assist. Precision Fabrication. Full Turnkey Project Delivery.

We fabricate and install the architectural metal systems behind some of Tennessee’s largest commercial projects – from ACM panel systems and perforated screens to plate panels, column covers, louvers, flush seam systems, insulated panels, and complete building envelope solutions.

We could fill this page with words like trusted, experienced, and capable.

Instead, we’d rather show you what those words look like.

  • ±20,700 ACM panels for the New Nissan Stadium

  • ±291,000 square feet of architectural cladding currently in production

  • 5,343 architectural panels fabricated for Fifth + Broadway

  • 608,000+ square feet at Nashville International Airport

  • 33,700 square feet across multiple architectural systems at Convexity Business Center

  • 200,000+ square feet at Music City Center

On commercial projects, experience isn’t measured by adjectives.

It’s measured by the work.

One of Tennessee’s largest active construction projects demands more than fabrication capacity.

It requires production planning, documented quality control, logistics coordination, and manufacturing processes capable of producing thousands of components while supporting phased construction.

JWM is currently fabricating and installing approximately 20,700 ACM panels totaling nearly 291,000 square feet for the New Nissan Stadium.

That number represents more than production volume.

It represents the ability to maintain dimensional accuracy, finish consistency, and schedule reliability across one of the largest architectural metal scopes currently under construction in the region.

Projects like this also reinforce the value of involving fabrication partners early. Through Design Assist, constructability challenges can be identified before production begins, helping reduce field coordination issues later in the project.

Complex Buildings Require Multiple Architectural Systems

Very few commercial buildings rely on a single exterior product.

Today’s projects combine multiple architectural systems, each with different performance requirements, attachment methods, finishes, and installation sequencing.

Managing those systems through multiple fabrication partners often creates unnecessary coordination.

Managing them through one fabrication partner simplifies communication, scheduling, finish consistency, and project execution.

Convexity Business Center

Convexity Business Center demonstrates what modern architectural metal packages look like.

Rather than one exterior system, the project incorporated multiple architectural products fabricated and installed under one coordinated scope.

Project Scope

  • 21,200 SF — JWM 600 Series ACM Panels

  • 16,000 SF — Custom Perforated Screen Wall Panels

  • 6,800 SF — Corrugated Screen Walls

  • 3,000 SF — Construction Specialties Trellis Systems

  • 1,100 SF — Louvers

Five different architectural systems.

One fabrication partner.

One installation team.

One coordination point.

That’s the value.

Fifth + Broadway

Mixed-use developments demand flexibility.

Retail, office, hospitality, entertainment, parking structures, and public spaces all bring different architectural requirements.

For Fifth + Broadway, JWM fabricated approximately 5,343 architectural panels covering more than 106,000 square feet while producing multiple architectural systems across the development.

  • ACM Panels

  • JWM 600 Series Plate Panels

  • Corrugated Metal

  • Flush Seam Systems

  • Insulated Metal Panels

  • Louvers

  • Knotwood Trellis Systems

Rather than coordinating separate fabrication partners for each product, multiple architectural systems were manufactured through one coordinated production program.

Music City Center

Large public projects don’t leave much room for inconsistency.

Maintaining finish quality across more than 200,000 square feet of architectural scope requires disciplined manufacturing, documented quality processes, and installation teams capable of executing at scale.

For Music City Center, JWM provided both fabrication and installation, supporting one of Nashville’s most recognizable public buildings through coordinated project delivery.

Nashville International Airport (BNA)

Nashville International Airport isn’t a single project – it’s an ongoing transformation. As one of the nation’s fastest-growing airports, BNA continues to expand through multiple construction phases designed to increase capacity while keeping the airport fully operational.

Since 2018, JWM has contributed to that growth through the fabrication and installation of more than 608,000 square feet of architectural building envelope systems.

That work continues today with the Concourse D Extension, where JWM is providing its JWM 600 Series ACM Panel System and Kingspan Benchmark Designwall Insulated Metal Wall Panel Systems. The current Concourse D scope includes approximately 41,972 NSF of ACM and 48,824 NSF of insulated metal wall panels, totaling 90,796 NSF.

Together, JWM’s BNA work represents nearly 700,000 square feet of architectural building envelope systems, with the Concourse D Extension adding another significant phase to that ongoing scope.

One airport.

Multiple expansion phases.

One Partner. Multiple Architectural Systems.

Every additional fabrication partner adds another production schedule.

Another finish standard.

Another coordination point.

Another opportunity for delays.

JWM fabricates a broad range of architectural metal systems under one roof, allowing project teams to simplify coordination while maintaining consistency throughout the building envelope.

Sometimes that means fabrication only.

Sometimes it begins during Design Assist.

Sometimes it continues through Full Turnkey project delivery.

The delivery method changes.

The objective doesn’t.

From Design Assist to Full Turnkey

Every project starts somewhere.

Sometimes it’s helping an architect or contractor improve constructability before fabrication begins.

Sometimes it’s reviewing details, coordinating engineering, and preparing production.

Sometimes it’s assuming responsibility through fabrication, installation, and project management.

JWM adapts its involvement to the needs of the project—not the other way around.

Whether the engagement begins with Design Assist or extends through Full Turnkey delivery, the goal remains the same:

Help the project move forward.

What General Contractors Actually Need

General contractors don’t need another company promising quality.

They need a fabrication partner that helps eliminate problems before they happen.

That means:

  • Identifying constructability challenges early

  • Coordinating production with the project schedule

  • Manufacturing accurately and consistently

  • Delivering multiple architectural systems through one source

  • Supporting installation with dependable logistics

  • Communicating proactively when conditions change

Those aren’t marketing claims.

They’re expectations.

Meeting those expectations is how projects stay on schedule.

Building What's Next

Every project in this article is different. Different owners. Different architects. Different schedules. Different challenges. The common thread isn’t the buildings.

It’s the expectation that every architectural system arrives ready to support the next phase of construction.

Whether it’s 291,000 square feet of ACM panels for the New Nissan Stadium, 5,343 panels at Fifth + Broadway, multiple architectural systems at Convexity, 200,000+ square feet at Music City Center, or more than 608,000 square feet at Nashville International Airport, the numbers speak for themselves.

The projects speak for themselves. If only buildings could talk, they’d probably start with the scope.
