Located in Nashville’s thriving Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, the Ensley project at 1621 Ensley Blvd is a standout corporate office and commercial development. This impressive build includes a 78,000-square-foot, four-story steel-framed core and shell office building alongside an 88,000-square-foot, four-story precast concrete parking garage with retail space. The site’s unique wedge-shaped layout and zero-lot line required extensive soil stabilization up to 25 feet, along with detailed landscaping, site walks, and drives to enhance accessibility and aesthetic appeal.

For this project, our team completed the fabrication of 867 ACM panels—covering 17,800 net square feet in Alfrex Copper Penny Mica—as well as 136 perforated panels using Alucobond/3A Native Copper Mica, spanning 3,626 net square feet. This intricate work involved precision from our punch for panel production and laser technology for tube cutting. Two major areas required substantial design refinement: the “curved” curtain wall section, where window alignment challenges across floors necessitated varied system depths, and the perforated panels, where we implemented a staggered stiffener pattern approved by the architect for an innovative finish.
