This 2.1 Million square foot, $623 Million project took three years to complete and has become the center point for major events in the Nashville area. The 16-acre site boasts 353,000 square feet of exhibit space, 75,000 square feet of ballrooms, 60 meeting rooms and LEED Gold certified. With a four-acre green roof, 360,000 gallon rainwater collector and over 800 solar panels, the Music City Center was awarded the 2013 Governor’s Environmental Stewardship Award in the Building Green category for exceptional actions to improve and/or protect our environment through initiatives not required by law.
